Cetntrally located, about 10 minutes walk from the train/bus stations, and nearby restaurants and shopping centers.
The apartment was very spacious, very clean and secure. The bed in one room was more comfortable than in the other room, and quieter. Full kitchen, great shower. Cleaning crew was very efficient, clean the room every day.
Noisy when windows open, the bed frame was squeaky, and breakfast was monotonous.

The rooms were very comfortable and big. It felt like a proper apartment rather than a hotel. Very clean. I recommend it. Very convenient location.
The breakfast was really bad. If you can avoid paying for it,then it is totally worth to buy something from the baskery or the supermarket.

The apartment is very spacious and super clean. Staff is very courteous and we had no problem finding the hotel from Aberdeen rail station.
Breakfast is a little lacking, being only continental. However, the fact that there is breakfast is good in itself (most apartment style hotels do not provide breakfast).

Hotel appartments very clean with friendly staff. It could do with a little bit of sound proofing in the window department especially at the weekends.. Double glazing would help. We have stayed twice and would stay again..
Outside noise at weekends

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! We couldn't have picked a more perfect place to stay! The hotel staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a great one. The common areas and apartment itself were spotless and roomy. Our apartment provided everything we needed and more. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Lots of space in a nice appartment. Very helpful staff
No food from adjoining restaurant after 10pm and nothing in house at all for breakfast or any other meals, so late travellers or business lunches out of question. Otherwise very good.

This well-designed and equipped apartment offers everything for the traveller who wants the convenience of home appliances during a stay. The rooms were spacious and everything in them was reassuringly in pristine condition. The art collection in the reception areas was stunning.
The noise from revellers in the surrounding streets was an irritation, but this might be unavoidable in a central location. A peculiarity of the building was that although the rooms had plenty of light, it was impossible to look out of the high windows. This is a major architectural conundrum.

The location, handy but very noisy
No bowls to eat complimentary breakfast cereal from. In apartment for 4 only 1 plate, 2 glasses & 3 wine glasses. Maintenance of room poor, 2 lights in 1 bedroom not working, fan in shower room not working, and bath plug not working in other bathroom. Our apartment overlooked Market Street , even on Monday night very noisy outside lots of shouting, police sirens etc

The location of Micasa was excellent as it was only a stride away from the city centre. Having children, it meant that we were near shops, cafes and restaraunts but could relax and re-charge our batteries. The apartments were lovely and of a high standard throughout.

This aparthotel has an excellent location for Aberdeen city centre, just off Union Street with an NCP car park and the train station within 5 minutes walk. The apartment that we stayed in (no. 26) was in great condition with all the facillities you need for a weekend or even a week away. We have stayed in similar aparthotels in Glasgow and Edinburgh but this has the best kitchen and general living facilities by far. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the whole building was kept very clean. We will definitely be back and would recommend others to stay here.
The only thing I would say would that it would be good to have clearer instructions on how to get to reception as it was a wee bit confusing when we arrived at first.

Ideal location for shopping trip as situated right in centre of town. 2 x bedroom apartment very spacious for 4 x adults and was fully equipped with washer/dryer, fridge, freezer and dishwasher although we did not use any of them as we were only staying for 1 night. Would stay again.
Would have preferred private car park
